1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via FedEx 2-Day Express. Delivery usually takes 2 business days after dispatch.
2. What days do you ship?
We ship Monday through Wednesday only. This prevents packages from being delayed over the weekend. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
3. Why don’t you ship on Thursdays or Fridays?
If packages go past normal business days, FedEx counts weekends as extra time and may charge additional fees. To avoid this, we ship earlier in the week.
4. Do you ship frozen meals outside Minnesota?
Yes! We ship nationwide across the U.S. Frozen meals are packed securely to maintain freshness.
5. How should I store pastries when they arrive?
Keep pastries frozen for longer storage.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are food, we do not accept returns. But if there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll work with you to make it right.
7. Can I order for parties or large events?
Yes! We offer bulk trays and catering options. Please contact us directly for custom orders.
8. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available in Otsego, Minnesota. We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time after your order is placed.
