Shipping & Carrier Responsibility Policy

All orders are carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transit. Once a package has been shipped and handed over to the carrier , Sonita’s Kitchen no longer has control over the shipment.

Sonita’s Kitchen is not responsible for delays, delivery interruptions, or mishandling by the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Sonita’s Kitchen.

If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives late, customers must contact FedEx directly using the tracking number provided for updates or to initiate a claim.

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we are unable to guarantee condition or issue refunds  for orders affected by carrier delays once the package has been shipped.

 All frozen food items are made to order. Once preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, orders cannot be canceled or refunded
